Just a quick update about the storm and hail.

I've read in the newspaper, that the local winegrower
has a total loss as well as the veg farmers :( Life
is so cruel sometimes. Once again nature has shown
it's power. Now it's our turn to learn and change our
habits. Have we learned?
A friend is visiting me over the weekend, so no time
to hang around here ;) Happy weekend, dear friends!

Oh no! So sad to see all the pretties in such a state. :( I hope the gardens recover quick.
oooo, that is so sad Devi. We had a tree go through our house 10 years ago on the exact date as your storm! I know how you feel!
NO! sometime the natures way is to sad :( I hope some of the plants will be ok!
Oh, Liz, that's horrible! Hope, nobody was injured.
The garden is recovering - amazing!! 2 red chards are gone, aubrieta looks still very bad (I hope, they'll recover soon) and the red currant is not doing well too (but I'm not sure, if it was because of the hail though..).
